that was what happened to us just now!! very funny. i find the whole incident very funny.... hahah.. where got so coincidental?? power short circuit... then door locked... then blackout!! haha andy kept sayin' "today not my day larr". we then saw our lady boss of the east coast outlet, vivian.... she came to our rescue tonight!! (she's an angel....haha.) caroline & i took our bags and left. yeah lo. reach home late again. tonight's customers all very nice.. we had this nice n loving couple... very jovial.. the husband is very funny. the things he said just made me laugh.. then this table of 3 guys, one of them was really nice. kept helping me with the plates & finishin the previous dish so i could serve new dish. no nasty tables. yeahh.. got my pay. both marg & tuition fees. less than what i expected... hmmm.... cannot save that much already. i really feel like buying a skirt & a pair of shoes!! so that 100 bucks is set aside. i won't wanna save & not buy them. =P
checkin out airlines again.. hope to get sg airlines as far as possible.. mommy & d' will feel more secured....hahahha.. will update again!!

dear... sorry to have practised my dagger-throwing skills on you last night. caused you to feel the ultimate hurt ever since we got tog. i felt hurt too. though not as much as how you felt last night. we are nuts. always get hurt, then we talk on the phone & laugh like mad. this is our unique way of being in love yea?. hahah.. it's just nice to know that whenever we are unhappy, be it online or what, we can always bring a smile & laughter back to the other with a phonecall.. never realized a phonecall can save lives.... my life.. your life.. i'll try...to minimise the pain.. long dist r/s is really hard to maintain. i just didn't hink it would be so hard. yeap. i want you back so badly!! i wanna enjoy my december holidays with you!! we're going to have all the fun out there in bangkok!! 5 full days with you...anata ga totemo sukidayo!!!
the 6-pax bangkok trip is more or less settled. only waiting for jeanie's & andrew's confirmation. let's see. these are what me & jr found out through our research. jr did a lot more. haha.. we compared prices and all. hotel: Twin towers hotel (4 star). it will cost us $102 to stay for 4 nights. with breakfast & all taxes included. we may have to take cabby everytime we wanna go shopping. but ryan says the cabbies are dirt cheap. haha. so yeah lo. check out the hotel here. as for the airline....malaysia's airasia is the cheapest! about $156+$20 thai tax= $176. the dates are 16th - 20th dec. yeap!! 5days4nights!! for $280 only!!
if we choose to stay for only 4days3nights, we have to pay ard the same price or even more expensive..because of the airtix tt's available on the 19th.. daryl, me & jr feel this way: we might as well stay for 5 days. haha.. we can go tour abt also. no need to rush for everything.. :) we should confirm the trip soon. jr says by this wk... or at least next week? wanna grab the air tics. worried that they will run out. jr is checking out more packages. see if we can get better deals... yeap. we go and confirm with our parents first k! buhbye!!

ok... pictures!!! of mr tong's wedding!! i nearly said 'birthday'. =P brought my digi cam with me and got many pics.........of their backview. haha!! here they are!! the ceremony made me feel at peace... many girls said they feel like gettin' married too. haha... yea... kekkonshitai desu!! a few more years la..... oh, jason said i've lost a lot of weight. lalala...~* :)

why do people enter the restaurant at 9.45pm, 10pm... and it's not just 2 tables... 5new tables at one go. deva, caroline & i were stunned. caroline chose to stay in the bar and prepare drinks. hah smart move. deva & i served the outside. they were so noisy..laughin loudly..talkin loudly.. but they're all nice ppl! 4,10,2,3,3 the number of customers at 10pm-11.40pm. since when margarita's become a hot spot for supper????
i didn't even had time to look at my phone or eat my dinner. until we punched out. sis called immediately. screaming at me. i dunno la. she screamed or talked loudly. it's the same. scolding me for not tellin' mom i'm workin... i did. what i made mom worried. "F**k la"came out from her arghhh.. then i called mom. talked to her halfway. i said "you caused me to be scolded by sis..." mom apologised. i dunno what happened. i just started tearing. in front of peng keong, deva & edwin. stopped. then we got a lift from andy... once i left andy's car, the crying started again. you call it self-pity or what. i just got very upset by the whole thing. i was very tired at work.. then must get reprimanded for working till 11 plus & not calling home. Cried all the way from the bus-stop to home. thought of daryl. the thought of not being able to call him when i'm feeling terrible made me cry even harder. think no one saw me. if not very paiseh.. yeah lo. so i continued my crying. all the way.still crying now. i can't stop it. *nu ren shi shui zuo de* mom came and hug me just now.. haha..she hope to stop my crying.... she kept saying 'sorry..mama de ji xing bu hao liao" she said her memory is failing her...she's sorry... i know. i am not angry or what now but i just can't stop. andrew, can you call the plumber to my house now. yeah. i mean right now. ha..1 hour of constant crying already!! maybe i'll die of dehydration.
shall munch on my cold & hard quesadillas now. my dinner.... at 12.35pm. why they put so much onions inside.......... didn't dare to talk much to andy just now. haha..coz' i ate one piece of it at marg & i 'dabao' the rest home. tomorrow. i'll be fine tmr.. it's just those emotional moment. not mood swing......

i saw ryan at the forum co-op just now. so coincidental...then we went for lunch with josh at *the deck* ryan gave me a ride home..he sent me home on tuesday, wednesday & today. hahah...just his luck. =P today no common tutorial or lecture still can meet me in sch.. so yeah lo. received his service so many times...... now my turn to provide service to my friends. hahah...

i lost my wallet yesterday. yeap, all my cards inside.... the first time.... was so worried.. ryan & i traced back our route but couldn't find it. until.....my handphone rang. "hi, is this ms chew yan yee? i've found your wallet......" in less than 10 minutes after discovering tt i've lost my wallet, i got it back. the guy (should be a yr 1) sms-ed me at 3.25pm... i only realized i've lost the wallet at 3.40pm. didn't check my phone at all before that... when i realized, i was too gan cheong to check my phone. and somemore.... where got number inside the wallet one??!?!? hahaha.. right?? but lucky me!!! i put my nuh appointment card inside...they called me because it had my hp number on it. i dropped it ard 2pm. most probably when i handed jiehan's plate back to her.. violet violet, you've redeemed all your good karma points in this one incident... must start earning them k!! haha.. thanks mr. honest!! (althou' my wallet only contained 10 bucks ytd. haha. ) god bless yoU!!!! :)

went for my j-lang's 1st tutorial. tan sensei wa shinsetsu na sensei desu! hahah.. i felt so cold in the tutorial room.. didn't know it can get so cold so i did not bring my jacket... =S formed my js2228 gender & sexuality's project group. an arts module... 5 ppl... 4 from science, majoring in chemistry. who's the one from arts? how great is this.....haha.. felt so cold & hungry while standing at the bus stop alone this morning.. like some drama.
happily talked on the phone for 2 hrs after i got home. when i got back to sch for my last tutorial, i felt so sleepy!! hahah.. well, my js2225 marketing (japan) project group is fun! haha.. the girls... i find tam so cute.. ryan is the thorn among the roses... we're called *kawaii*. erm..... the girls chose the name. nothing to do with me. haha... i suggested "kowaii"(scary) but guess they didn't take that in. haha. we got our fav topic. "men's cosmetics" yeah~!!!
kk, i am tired... but mom just told me she bought ice-cream. haha!! *eyes widened* =P shall do my j-lang homework tmr!!

got 2 other j-lang tutorials. meaning 8am lesson every tuesday...[but no dreadful 5 hr wait! :) ] gotta rush for thursday tuition after 6pm though... and i attend sch on fridays just for a 12-2pm lecture. ok lah. that js2225 tutorial really makes a difference~!! haa.. at least i feel happy now.

i weigh the lightest in the family now. fluctuating between 51 & 52.hahah.. but sis can easily beat me to it again. she also said 'woah, this is your lightest hor?' yeah man... the lightest since secondary 1 can.. both 54 & 55 were stuck with me for such a long time...... hahah..

after work today, jiamin & i went to school together.. so cool right? work together then go to school together. and on the bus there, i met hongwei.. anyway, here goes what happened in school......
jiamin: violet, you see the guy over there? the one with brown hair. he's 1 yr our senior in sa (jc).
violet: orh, that one arh?
jiamin:his name is j-e-n-z or what larr.
violet: ehhh!?!?!? (gave the most surprised look ever &....jiamin got the idea!! haha!!)
both of us! we ran out of the forum filled with ppl and ran towards jens/jenz...!! i couldn't see his face at all so again~ we ran across the road and all the way to the bus-stop!! we laughed non-stop also~ coz' we were acting like complete idoits!! we actually ran such a long distance after a guy!! i couldn't recognize him at all!! jiamin said his monkey-walking style made her confirm it's him. so did his brows & eyes. he gained quite a lot of weight... haha.. yeahhhhhhh... i have always thought of jenz as a very cute guy when i was in j1... very very cute!! sometimes, we would even take the same 97 leh!! but i liked mark seow more. haha. don't know larr, i still think jenz looks very different now.... is it him? can't quite believe it's him yet. ahem. the thing i wanna say is, i just thought me & jiamin were very funny today!!!!!! haha. jiamin, you'll be on my good-friends list for a long long time too!!
the tuition kids were so cute today. both were very naughty and i allowed them to be. haha.. i gave javier his birthday present at the end and he was surprised. :) in case you're wondering, it's just a card & a choco bar. i just bought $5 worth of chocolates home too. haha.. i love chocolates & ice-cream~* hope the money i withdrew just now can last me till my pay day!!

figure....height....~ you can change them however you like if you have the money. woah. quite impressive... girls in china like to go for that metal extension thingy so that they will grow taller...you can go for as many lipo-suction sessions as you like if you have the $$. height is just determined. by nature? so what if you're too tall or short.. just leave it i think. if you're short, you'll belong to the petite group... popular with guys!! haha.. if you're tall, then good for you. you get to see things easier in a crowded area..people always say 'like that you get fat also won't be too obvious'. erm...but it's wrong to think this way!! so what if you're tall, you just eat and eat meh???
i think the height doesn't matter that much. coz' after all, you can't change the fact that you're tall or short. but the figure.... we can definitely try to do something about it. :) but make sure you don't overdo it. saw the advertisement abt this show on wednesday. talking about how some girls go on diet until they nearly died. well, didn't get to watch the programme. it's just horrible.... they became so thin!! confirm malnutritioned!!!! why make yourselves suffer this way, babes?! don't eat this, don't eat that. you're missing out all the good stuffs!!!!! yes yes yes. we girls always think we'll look better when we become slimmer. *slim* should be the word, girls!! not *thin*. haha.. i'm saying my sister is wrong then. oops! the thing is to look proportionate!! so what if you become really thin?? your head will be so big that you look like you're going to topple over anytime. or you'll look like you'll be blown away by the strong wind.. you fall sick so easily.. wah! then what's the use of being "pretty"? pretty and stay at home?? for those who wanna slim down, just slim down to the extent people compliment you and say 'you look great!'...... you'll be looking really good then. for those who are thin by nature and of course, i'm talking about those who are very healthy, good for you!! we'll always be envious of you... you wanna look good and at the same time, have a good health. this should be the ultimate aim~*

i was happy today. okay, thursday. now it's past midnight. the lecture was cancelled so last-minute...so me and my buddy jeanie went shopping at the bazaar!! hehe... bought this cute pair of ear studs. & a nice floral/flower pin. bought a red sequinned one. more eye-catching. ;) jeanie, i bought it in the end. hahah..jiehan went with me. bought the cute one. =P my j-lang lecture was quite tough... all the new stuff. woah. frightened me a little. and my okada sensei is not teaching us this sem... how sad...
going to teach tuition for the whole of sunday. starting from 10am to 4.30pm. *tuition marathon* !! my saturday is half gone as well.. margarita's 11 -3pm. girls, wanna have dinner together or something? i can watch 'bewitched' too. haha..
friday night, margarita's here i come!! time flies!! last fri, i worked. now it's another friday again... i'll just have to wait for another 100 odd days. soon, it will be less than 100. i am smiling to myself~ ;) d, i love you.

didn't go for work. andy didn't want me. hahah.. so i spent more than half of today at grandma's. it's was boring...things would be so different if you're still in sg. yeap. oh the aunties went to the topic of boyfriends again. i lied. haha i said i'm single. then they continued : "aiyoh...must be you too choosy. many guys 'tackle' you but you don't want right...." hahahhaha... okay~ but in fact, i am really not the kind guys will go for lah!!
came back and started to browse through the *guess* website. i like the bags!!! yeah. guess bags. more affordable than gucci and prada and lv ones. but they're nice too!! they cost like $100+. supposed to buy one for myself..... but i held myself back. didn't get a new handphone as well. i just feel like keeping the money. buahaha.. anyway!! here are some of the bags that caught my attention...i think i really like green lo! =P
3 bags are of the same collection series!! *quatro g satchel*. the green would be nicer if it's of another shade. the orange is good. not posting the white one coz' i don't think it looks nice. the moose is good. can match clothes easily... the clutch. so nice........so classic & classy.hahah..and it's green!!! the last bag is quite nice too right? brings out a different style somehow... nice things are meant to be shared. eh...haha! maybe you ppl don't think they're nice~ i love the bag godmum bought for herself...... guess bags. i will get one when i really bear to part with my money.. haha. i must control my spending. spend wisely violet!!! ;)

worked night shift for the first time at margarita's last night. went to take a 1hr nap at jiamin's hse before i started working the night shift. quite a good rest. haha..it got so busy...you really have to clear tables as fast as you can. the people just come in all the time. and the caucasians were so nice. haha... playful and funny lots. ;) gonna work night shift again later on. will still be working 4 days next week... i still don't have the feeling that school is starting next week. ermmm...haha.. nvm, i will slowly settle down...
checked the airasia airline. the promotion they're having. some $9.99 air tic. very cheap. checked the dates and all. air tix for round trip only $110. all taxes included. and the hotel $190. so each person only $300 for both hotel & air tix. same price as redang okay.. haha..but everything's not confirmed...number of people also not confirmed. don't think we'll get this promotion package already... aiyah. so good deal. haha.. it's quite fun to do the calculation...and i will get all excited abt the whole trip. hehs. i am so looking forward to this trip..... jr!! same same!!
